MS Technology is seeking a Designer to support client projects by preparing detailed control panels and custom mechanical equipment design drawings using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCad Electrical software. The role includes providing QA/QC support, ensuring deliverables meet rigorous standards, and collaborating effectively in client environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed design activities to include:
- Preparation of control panel drawings using AutoCad Electrical; enclosure front, back plate layout and details, cutout details, associated wiring diagrams and Bill of Materials.
- Preparation of mechanical equipment fabrication drawings using Inventor – assemblies, details and Bill of Materials
- Provides checking support for deliverables.
- Design activities are conducted following regimented quality assurance / quality control procedures.
Required Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience utilizing Inventor.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience utilizing AutoCad Electrical.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in related field.
- High School Diploma
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Client projects for this position require US Citizenship.
Additional Skills
- Excellent customer service and communications skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to deal with conflicts and stressful situations.
- Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint.
