MS Technology is seeking a Plant Cyber Security Engineer responsible for designing and implementing cybersecurity strategies and activities in support of plant design and engineering teams for the TRISO-X Fuel Fabrication Facility project, primarily. This role integrates the cyber security philosophy into the design of plant information and operational technology systems and is responsible for implementation and assessment of cyber security systems, supports the cyber security assessments of systems, and recommends solutions to cyber security issues.

- Develop and maintain cybersecurity strategies and policies.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses.
- Implement and managing security controls like firewalls, IDS, and endpoint protection.
- Monitor and analyze network traffic and system logs for security incidents.
- Ensure secure integration and operation of plant systems with IT and OT teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO, IEC 62443).
- Develop and maintain incident response plans and conduct regular drills.
- Provide cybersecurity training and awareness for personnel.
- Bachelors degree in related field and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), GIAC (Global Information Assurance Certification), Certified Incident Handler GCIH, GIAC Certified Penetration Tester (GPEN), Global Industrial Cybersecurity Professional (GICSP) or equivalent.
- Proven experience with firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) / Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), Antivirus and Anti-Malware, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Vulnerability Scanners, etc.
- Experience with industrial control systems (ICS) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems is required.
- Identity and Access Management technologies experience including Federation, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
- Excellent customer service and communications skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to deal with conflicts and stressful situations.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow multiple projects and tasks to completion.
